My career is defined by efficiency. With 20+ years of corporate experience as an Executive Assistant and Recruiter, I am grounded in strong foundational skills: process improvement, precise administrative support, and seamless efficiency.

In 2020, I launched Organised by Kat to bring that professional discipline to everyday life. My personal experience as a mother of two young children allows me to approach organisation with empathy and practicality, ensuring systems are functional, not just neat.

Today, I offer a unique combination of services to support busy individuals:

• Home Organiser: Creating sustainable calm within the physical space.
• Virtual Assistant: Providing comprehensive remote support for tasks like diary and inbox management, event coordination, bookkeeping and document creation and management.
